Welcome to About Town (operated by About-Town FZCO). By accessing or using about-town.co, purchasing city passes, or booking tours and attraction tickets through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.

1. Scope of Service & Booking Platform

About Town operates an online platform providing access to city passes, attraction tickets, guided tours, and curated travel experiences across international destinations. All reservations, ticketing schedules, real-time availability, and voucher distributions are facilitated via our booking engine partner, Bókun (a Tripadvisor company).

2. Payment & Processing

• All payments processed through about-town.co are encrypted and handled securely via Stripe (supporting major Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay).
• Prices are displayed in the applicable checkout currency. You are responsible for any foreign exchange fees charged by your issuing bank.
• A booking is only confirmed once full payment is successfully authorized and a digital voucher/booking reference (e.g., AT-XXXXXX) is issued by Bókun.

3. Digital Vouchers & Attraction Entry

• Digital Redemption: Vouchers and city passes are delivered digitally via email or accessible directly on your mobile device. You must present the valid digital barcode/QR code at the specified attraction entry point.
• Timed-Entry Tickets: For attractions requiring specific entry time slots (e.g., Acropolis, Wawel Castle, Prague Castle), entry is strictly valid only for the reserved date and time. Late arrivals may result in denied entry without entitlement to a refund.
• Pass Validity: Unactivated city passes remain valid for 365 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise on the product page. Once activated, passes remain valid for the consecutive duration stated (e.g., 7 days).

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Modifications

All cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refunds are strictly governed by our standalone Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellations must be requested via email at info@about-town.co or through the Bókun booking portal link provided in your confirmation email.

5. Third-Party Operators & Liability Limitation

• Tours, boat cruises, transfers, and entry points are operated by independent local suppliers and venue management. About Town acts as an authorized ticketing reseller and intermediary.
• About Town (About-Town FZCO) shall not be held liable for personal injury, property loss, delays, unexpected closures, or disruptions caused by local venue operational decisions, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
• Travelers are advised to maintain independent travel and health insurance coverage for the duration of their trips.

6. Intellectual Property & Website Usage

All original branding, graphics, website content, and layout structure on about-town.co are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, scrape, or distribute website assets without explicit written permission from About-Town FZCO.

7. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any updates will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
